What we collect
When a customer opens a review link, we record that the link was opened, the star rating they chose, and any feedback message they write. If a business asks customers for their name or phone number through the link, we store what the customer provides. For businesses with accounts, we store the account email and password, business details, logo and team photo uploads, and billing information handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
Ratings and feedback go to the business the review was about, so they can improve their service and follow up. We use aggregate counts (opens, ratings, clicks) to show businesses how their review page performs. We never sell personal information.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers using encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the business that owns the review page and the Share Your Feedback team.
Your choices
Customers can ask the business they dealt with to remove their feedback, or contact us at the email on our contact page. Account holders can delete their account and all associated data at any time.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies or local storage entries to keep account holders signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
