Your account
You're responsible for the content you upload (logo, photos, wording) and for keeping your password safe. Accounts are for one business or agency; don't share credentials.
Acceptable use
Don't use Share Your Feedback to collect reviews dishonestly: no fake reviews, no incentives for positive ratings, no impersonating customers. We may pause accounts that break these rules.
Billing
The subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, then continues monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancel any time in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Your data
Feedback and ratings collected through your page belong to you. You can export or delete it at any time. If you cancel, your page pauses but your data is kept in case you return.
Service changes
We may update features and pricing over time. If we change pricing for your plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies.
Liability
Share Your Feedback is provided as is. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
